Old Mill Veterinary Hospital
Our Veterinary Hospital opened June 1, 1999. We are located in the same building as Old Mill Boarding Kennel. Old Mill is a full service Veterinary Hospital. It is the goal of our friendly and knowledgeable staff to provide the best possible medical, surgical and dental care for their patients. Our practice owner Dr. Chris Hussion is committed to his mission in creating an environment of comfort, compassion and education for patients, their families and his team members.
AAHA Accredited
Our hospital is accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA).
AAHA is the only organization that accredits veterinary practices in the United States and Canada. Practices that choose to pursue accreditation are evaluated on stringent quality standards that encompass all aspects of veterinary medicine—from pain management and patient care to team training and medical recordkeeping—and are continuously updated to keep accredited practice teams at the forefront of the profession.
Today, only 12%–15% of veterinary practices in the US and Canada hold the “AAHA-accredited” designation.
Old Mill Veterinary Hospital is an AAHA accredited hospital. Our accreditation status makes us unique and ensures the best care possible for your pets. To become an AAHA accredited hospital, our health care team and facilities must comply with AAHA’s strict standards.

New Client Information
We are currently accepting new clients and are happy to assist you with any questions you may have regarding setting up an exam for your pet(s). Please call the hospital at 703-779-2903 to speak with a Customer Care Representative. Below are our new client forms that can be printed out and completed prior to your first visit. We are happy to call your prior hospital for medical records, or you may bring copies to your first exam. We look forward to seeing you and your furry friend soon!
